Is there an ongoing service fee?
The robot price includes 12 months of software and cloud services, counted from the later of delivery and activation. From month 13 a paid subscription is needed (S$ __ per month); the fee and billing cycle are shown before you pay a deposit. If you do not renew, the robot cannot be used after the service period ends, but you still own the hardware.
How do pre-orders and the deposit work?
Delivery dates are not confirmed yet, so for now you can join a free waitlist. When pre-orders open, you pay a deposit at checkout, top up to 40% of the price before shipment and pay the remaining 60% before delivery. Before we confirm your order, you can withdraw for a full refund; after that, the deposit is not refunded if you cancel for personal reasons.
Do prices include GST?
Yes. Prices include GST at the current 9% rate. Your order summary shows the price before GST, the GST amount and the total.
How will delivery and setup work?
Our local team delivers AJJ-HIT-X2, sets it up in your parent's home and shows your parent and family how to use it. Whether delivery and installation are charged separately, and the delivery window, will be shown in your order summary before you pay.
Can we return it?
After delivery, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. If the robot is faulty or not as described, you can get a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under the law. Refunds due are processed within 14 calendar days.
What if it needs repairs?
We handle repairs and support in Singapore. Full warranty details, including the period, start date and battery cover, are given before you pay.
Who decides what the family can see?
Your parent does. During setup, your parent chooses what to share and which family members can see it, and can change this later.
Which languages does it speak?
English, Mandarin, Malay and several Chinese dialects. The confirmed dialect list will be published before launch.
Does it replace a carer or medical care?
No. AJJ-HIT-X2 offers company, reminders and a closer link to family. It does not lift, bathe or dress anyone, and it is not a medical device. Health readings come from compliant devices you connect. In an emergency, call 995.
Are doctor consultations included?
No. Remote doctor consultations, medicine and medicine delivery are not part of the robot price or the subscription. They are charged per use by licensed providers, and you see the provider and the price before you confirm.
Can we try it first?
You can book a demo at your parent's home or visit the AJJ team. A home pilot for Singapore families will be announced separately.
