Purchase and pre-order terms

AJJ-HIT-X2 Home Edition Purchase and Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

Version 1.8 · 14 October 2026Seller: AJJ Healthcare Management Pte. Ltd.

Draft for review. Our legal and finance advisers are reviewing these terms. They are not yet in effect, and no orders are taken under them yet.

Before payment, please read and retain these Terms, your order summary and the applicable warranty, return and service details. Configuration, pricing, payment, delivery and service conditions are shown at checkout for your express acceptance.

Important subscription condition: the robot purchase price includes twelve months of software and cloud services from the later of delivery and service activation. Charges apply from month thirteen. If you do not renew when the service period ends, the robot cannot be used. Subscription charges and billing frequency must be prominently disclosed and expressly accepted before you pay the pre-order deposit.

1. Scope and seller

1.1 These Terms apply when you purchase or pre-order the AJJ-HIT-X2 Home Edition and selected services from AJJ Healthcare Management Pte. Ltd. ("AJJ", "we" or "us"). The transaction is a purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.2 These Terms cover sales and delivery within Singapore. Overseas transactions require separate local terms. You must have capacity to contract and payment authority. Buying for a family member does not automatically authorise you to consent to processing their personal data.

1.3 These Terms, together with the order summary, pre-order and payment schedule, warranty, return and service details expressly accepted before payment, form the transaction agreement. General website information does not override specific order commitments or limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

2. Products and prices

2.1 Product configuration, the total robot purchase price including applicable GST (Singapore Goods and Services Tax), delivery and installation charges and other mandatory charges follow the order summary shown and accepted before payment. Product and checkout pages will prominently display the ongoing subscription requirement and subsequent charges alongside the robot price. Separately purchased services and optional items require your express selection; no additional charge is imposed without your agreement.

2.2 Product pages explain available, optional, connected or subscription-dependent, and unreleased functions and material limitations. Demonstrations or publicity do not automatically include future functions in your purchase; specific order commitments remain binding.

2.3 After order acceptance, material changes to configuration, colour, price or services require your express agreement. If you decline, you may cancel the affected order for a full refund. Screen-related colour differences do not justify supplying a product that materially differs from what was agreed.

3. Online pre-orders and order acceptance

3.1 After you expressly accept these Terms and the order summary online and directly pay the pre-order deposit shown at checkout, AJJ will review your order and send an Order Acceptance Confirmation. Your pre-order takes effect when AJJ sends that confirmation; no separate paper document needs to be signed. A payment receipt alone is not an Order Acceptance Confirmation. Before AJJ confirms your order, you may withdraw your pre-order for a full refund. If AJJ declines it, all payments will be refunded. Cancellation for your personal reasons after confirmation is governed by clauses 6.1 and 6.2.

3.2 Before payment, the order summary and accompanying details must state the product configuration and total price, pre-order deposit amount and percentage of the total price, later payment milestones, delivery window, latest availability-confirmation date and latest delivery date, together with warranty, returns, the subscription start rule, included period, subsequent charges and billing frequency, for your express acceptance and retention. Material changes after order confirmation require your express agreement; silence does not mean acceptance of a change.

3.3 We will explain pricing or information errors before AJJ accepts your order. You may accept the correction or withdraw your pre-order for a refund; we will not automatically charge a higher price. Changes to accepted orders follow clause 2.3.

4. Pre-orders and staged payments

4.1 A pre-order does not mean stock is available. Before payment, we will show an estimated delivery window, allocation rules, latest availability-confirmation date and latest delivery date based on reasonable supply grounds. Without a reasonable delivery estimate, only a free waitlist is offered. If availability is not confirmed by the stated date, we will cancel the affected order and refund in full unless you expressly agree to an extension.

4.2 The pre-order deposit includes applicable GST and is fully credited to the robot purchase price; it is not an extra reservation fee. Before shipment, cumulative payments must reach 40% of the total robot purchase price including applicable GST, including the pre-order deposit already paid. The amount then due is 40% of that total less the pre-order deposit. This payment becomes due only after AJJ confirms your pre-order, your allocated product is manufactured and passes factory inspection, and definite dispatch arrangements are in place. The remaining 60% is payable before delivery, after production and transportation are completed, agreed QC is passed and delivery arrangements are confirmed, as detailed in clause 7.1. Software and cloud subscription fees after the included first-year period, and separately purchased services, are billed separately and excluded from these hardware payment percentages.

4.3 We will request later payments in writing, stating amounts, deadlines and satisfied conditions. For late payment, we will remind you and allow a reasonable opportunity to pay. If payment remains unpaid, we may cancel the order, with the deposit and other staged payments handled under clauses 6.1 and 6.2, without automatically forfeiting all payments.

5. Direct payments and GST

5.1 We use direct payments rather than card pre-authorisation holds. Pay only through official checkout or a company account we confirm in writing. Each payment has an applicable invoice or receipt. Later payments are not automatically debited without separate express authorisation.

5.2 The current standard rate of Singapore Goods and Services Tax (GST) is 9%. We charge GST only where legally entitled to do so and include it in public website prices, the robot purchase price and quoted prices for taxable services. Before payment, the order summary or bill will state the price before GST, applicable GST rate, GST amount and total payable including GST. The pre-order deposit counts towards the GST-inclusive purchase price; the cumulative 40% and remaining 60% are calculated on that same total, with no additional or duplicate GST charge. A full refund includes all GST collected; a partial refund includes the GST collected on the amount refunded. If the statutory rate changes, GST will be handled under the applicable Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) rules; any change to the confirmed GST-inclusive total still requires your express agreement. Separate bank conversion or financing charges are determined by that institution.

5.3 The robot purchase price includes twelve months of software and cloud services from the later of delivery and service activation; charges apply from month thirteen. The activation confirmation will state the start and end dates of the included period and the start date of the first paid service period. Subscription charges, billing frequency, included AI and remote technical support, minimum term, renewal and cancellation must be disclosed before you pay the pre-order deposit. Any minimum commitment period and its total charges must also be stated. We will send a renewal reminder before the service period ends. Any change to renewal pricing must be notified and expressly accepted before renewal and will not retrospectively change pricing for an already confirmed service period; you may choose not to renew. Automatic renewal requires separate express consent and a reminder before charging. Optional services you have not selected are not charged.

6. Cancellation and refunds

6.1 After AJJ confirms your pre-order, the pre-order deposit is non-refundable if you cancel because you change your mind or for other personal reasons, except where clause 6.3 applies or a refund is required by law. The deposit secures your commitment to complete the confirmed purchase and is fully credited to the robot purchase price. Its amount and non-refund conditions will be prominently disclosed and expressly accepted before payment; any deposit retained must comply with applicable law as to its nature and amount. Withdrawal and refunds before AJJ confirms the order follow clause 3.1.

6.2 If you have also made staged payments beyond the deposit, those payments are not automatically forfeited in full on cancellation. In addition to any deposit lawfully retained under clause 6.1, deductions from other staged payments may be made only where permitted by applicable law and expressly agreed in advance, for reasonable direct losses actually caused by your cancellation, supported by evidence and remaining non-recoverable after reasonable mitigation. We will provide an itemised account and refund the balance. Any deposit retained will be taken into account to avoid duplicate retention or recovery for the same loss. This clause does not apply where clause 6.3 applies or a refund is required by law.

6.3 If we cannot supply, cancel for reasons attributable to us, propose a material change you decline, or miss the latest delivery date and you decline an extension, you may cancel the affected order for a full refund, including the pre-order deposit and staged payments, without payment-processing or cancellation fees. This also covers affected prepaid services we cannot provide and does not limit other statutory remedies.

6.4 Refunds due are normally processed within 14 calendar days after cancellation takes effect or entitlement is established, sooner if required by law. Banks may take additional time to credit funds. After delivery, change-of-mind returns are not accepted except under a voluntary return arrangement expressly offered before payment or where a remedy is required by law. Any voluntary return arrangement must state its timeframe, product condition, accessory and packaging requirements and responsibility for costs before payment. Statutory remedies for defects, misdescription or breach remain unaffected.

7. Delivery and installation

7.1 We will provide production and transportation updates. After production and transportation are completed and the product passes agreed quality control (QC), we will provide a pass summary and definite delivery arrangements before requesting the remaining 60% of the total robot purchase price including applicable GST, payable before delivery. The order summary will identify the transportation destination, QC standards and inspection arrangements. Failed QC does not trigger full payment at this milestone. We will explain delays promptly; a new latest delivery date requires your agreement.

7.2 Delivery, installation, configuration and training follow the accepted order details. Please provide an accurate address and safe access. Repeat delivery or installation caused by you incurs only reasonable charges disclosed and accepted in advance.

7.3 Risk passes when you or your designated recipient physically receive the goods. Title passes when the full hardware price is paid and goods delivered. Full payment, QC, receipt or training does not waive defect remedies or warranty rights.

8. Warranty and remedies

8.1 Complete warranty details applicable to your order must be provided before payment in a form you can retain, stating the warranty period, start date, hardware and battery coverage, repair arrangements, service territory and responsibility for costs. We handle quality and support requests and are not relieved of legal responsibilities because the manufacturer is in China.

8.2 For faults, defects or misdescription, provide your order number and reasonable fault information. We will assess within a reasonable time and provide appropriate repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under law. Necessary transport, inspection, repair or replacement costs legally payable by us will not be passed to you.

8.3 The disclosed commercial warranty may exclude normal wear and damage actually caused by misuse, accidents or unauthorised modification. Unboxing, third-party accessories or expiry of the commercial warranty does not automatically exclude statutory rights.

9. Intended use and safety

9.1 Follow the instructions and intended uses stated in the order, with supervision appropriate to the user. Unless expressly validated and included in the order, do not rely on the robot independently for high-risk care, lifting people, medication decisions or life support.

9.2 AI responses and health prompts do not replace diagnosis or professional medical judgement. Medical uses require clear support in product details and regulatory status. Product registration or notification does not mean all AI functions or therapeutic claims are regulator-approved.

9.3 Network, cloud or sensor conditions may affect some functions. Robot alerts and AI customer support are not guaranteed emergency-response services. For medical emergencies, call 995. This does not relieve us of responsibility for promised functions and services.

10. Software and related services

10.1 Buying hardware does not transfer software or model intellectual property or include software and cloud services for an unlimited period. Included subscription functions, connectivity requirements and conditions of use follow the service details expressly accepted before payment.

10.2 Software and security-support periods follow accepted service details. Updates will not add charges or materially remove important purchased functions without your consent. Necessary safety suspension or changes will be explained with reasonable notice and appropriate restoration or remedies.

10.3 Remote medical consultations, medicine and medicine delivery are excluded from the robot purchase price, the included first-year software and cloud services and any subsequent paid subscription unless your accepted package expressly identifies included items and coverage. These services are charged separately per use or purchase. The actual provider, charges including applicable GST and terms are shown before your separate confirmation. Medical care is provided by appropriately licensed healthcare providers and registered doctors; we remain responsible for our commitments and legal obligations. Other optional third-party services also require disclosure of the provider, fees and terms before confirmation.

10.4 If you choose not to renew or cancel renewal, you may continue using the robot under the agreed terms until the current service period expires. The subscription then ends, the robot cannot be used and related software, cloud and remote-connection services stop. This does not change hardware ownership already acquired or exclude warranty, statutory consumer or personal-data rights. Before payment, the service details must explain the scope of deactivation, how failed payments are handled and the conditions for reactivation after resubscribing.

10.5 If AJJ or the service operator stops core services so that the robot cannot be used as agreed, we will notify you promptly and explain the impact and proposed resolution. Charges for unprovided prepaid services will be refunded for the unprovided portion. Remedies relating to the robot purchase itself, including repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, are governed by applicable law and the service period already promised; refunding unused subscription fees is not the sole remedy.

11. Personal data and user consent

11.1 We handle data under Singapore's PDPA and the privacy notice available before payment, explaining data categories, purposes, providers and recipients, storage locations, remote access, overseas processing, and retention and deletion rules. Overseas processing must meet applicable data-protection requirements. Singapore incorporation does not mean all data is stored only in Singapore.

11.2 Accepting purchase terms is not blanket consent for health data, home images, audio, continuous monitoring, model training or all overseas transfers. Before relevant features are enabled, we will give specific information and obtain valid consent from the user or authorised representative where required by law. Marketing and non-essential data uses are separate choices and are not preselected.

11.3 You and users may request access, correction, withdrawal of consent or complaint handling under the privacy notice. We will explain functional effects of withdrawal and provide account-unlinking and data-handling guidance for repairs, returns or resale. The privacy notice must explain retention, deletion and available ways to obtain data after the subscription ends; non-renewal does not remove statutory data-access or other rights. We meet applicable security, overseas-transfer and breach-notification duties.

12. Liability and events beyond control

12.1 We are responsible under law for compensable loss caused by breach or negligence. These Terms do not exclude death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or other non-excludable liability, or statutory obligations concerning quality, fitness or description.

12.2 A party affected by events beyond reasonable control must notify promptly and reasonably mitigate effects. Such events do not allow us to retain payments indefinitely or unilaterally extend the latest delivery date. Clause 6.3 and non-excludable statutory rights remain applicable.

13. Complaints and disputes

13.1 For enquiries, cancellation, refunds or complaints, use the contacts in clause 15 and quote your order number. We will promptly acknowledge receipt and explain response timing and progress without requiring you to waive statutory rights.

13.2 We may first seek an agreed solution. You may lawfully seek help from the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE), Singapore's Small Claims Tribunals or another competent body. These Terms are governed by Singapore law with non-exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts, without limiting mandatory consumer protection or lawful complaint routes.

14. Terms versions and electronic acceptance

14.1 Your order uses the Terms version you expressly accept when placing it. Later website updates do not retrospectively change accepted material rights. New material conditions require fresh express acceptance and cannot retrospectively remove existing refund rights. Invalid provisions are severable as permitted by law.

14.2 Chinese and English versions should be substantively consistent. We will explain and correct discrepancies without using language differences to reduce statutory rights or change accepted material conditions without your consent.

14.3 Before submitting and paying for an order, you can read and retain the complete Terms, order summary and applicable warranty, return and service details. Checkout must prominently display the deposit non-refund conditions and exceptions, subscription charges and consequences of non-renewal for your active acknowledgement; options are not preselected. Material order changes require separate confirmation. We will retain the applicable document versions, acceptance time, payment and order-confirmation records, send you copies and protect records under law.
