How pre-order payment works

When pre-orders open, you pay in three steps. Nothing is ever charged automatically.

Deposit at checkout

Paid directly when you pre-order, and credited in full to the price. Amount: S$ __ (__% of the price).

Up to 40% before shipment

Once we confirm your order and your robot passes factory inspection, you top up to 40% of the total price.

The remaining 60% before delivery

Once transport and quality checks are complete and delivery is arranged, you pay the rest.

No card pre-authorisation; we send each payment request in writing. Methods: PayNow, cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay (to be confirmed).

Cancellation and refunds

The key points from our purchase and pre-order terms.

Before we confirm your order, you can withdraw for a full refund.
After we confirm it, the deposit is not refunded if you cancel for personal reasons.
If we cannot supply, make a major change you decline, or miss the latest delivery date, you get a full refund.
Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted after delivery. Your legal rights for faults remain.
